Looking for experienced Property Manager in Chippewa Falls!

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining high property occupancy and low resident turnover within the established budgeting guidelines. Under the direction of the Area Property Manager, you are responsible for all phases of the property’s operation, including but not limited to, leasing, overseeing employees, maintenance, resident communication, rent collection and invoice approval

Education And/Or Experience:
• Previous Property Management • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Tax Credit Designation or equivalent schooling from NCHM or TheoPro preferred
• Ability to speak, write and read English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills in Outlook and Microsoft software
• Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
• Possess good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Must submit to all applicable pre-employment and annual tests per state and federal regulations
